A Guarantee to Share the Wealth
When you’re a member of the Realty Executives Referral Network, it doesn’t matter if your referral is inbound or outbound, you’ll reap the financial benefits. Typical industry referral fees are as follows*:
The accepting agent pays a referral fee equal to 35% of the referred side of the transaction.
The referring agent receives 25% of the paid referral fee for generating the business.
The Referral Network receives 10% of the paid referral fee to offset expenses.
                   *Referral fees are negotiable.

Outgoing Referrals
1 Get as much information about the client as you can.
2 Call the Referral Network at 800.955.1965. You can also
fax your information to us at 602.957.2412, or email us
at jenny@realtyexecsrelo.com.
3 You will receive written confirmation that your referral has
been received no later than the next business day.
4 Upon closing, the Referral Network receives the referral
check from the Broker accepting the referral. Once processed,
we send your referral fee to your broker.


Incoming Referrals
1 Call or email a referred client within 24 hours.
2 Send any requested relocation materials as soon as possible.
3 Sign and return the Referral Acknowledgement immediately.
4 Respond to any status requests with timely information on
the transaction.
5 Call the Referral Network with any questions.
6 Confirm the sale with the Referral Network.
7 Mail the referral fee and a copy of the settlement statement to
the Referral Network after closing.
